Shuki Vita, Accountant – Partner 






Specialist in Israeli and international tax. 

Holds a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting from Ben Gurion University, and master of laws (LLM) from Bar Ilan University.

Shuki began his career as a company unit supervisor at the Petach Tikva Assessment Office. He then served as a unit coordinator at the Tel Aviv No. 4 Assessment Office, and was later appointed to be the deputy assessing officer for the Dan District, the assessing officer for Holon, and the assessing officer for the Dan District. In 2004, he was appointed as deputy CEO for assessment and inspection at the Tax Authority which covered income tax, real estate taxation, value added tax and customs. 

In his many positions, Shuki managed some of the most complicated tax accounts with great success, supervising assessment and inspection processes for the Tax Authority and its different divisions: income tax, real estate taxation, value added tax and customs.  

Additionally, as D/CEO at the Tax Authority, he led such tax legislation processes as the legislation on transfer prices, the Evacuation Compensation Law, regulations on reporting aggressive tax planning, and the Tax Consultants Law. 

Parallel to working at the Tax Authority, Shuki was also very active in the academic arena: he served as a lecturer at the Tel Aviv University, the Academic Department of the College of Administration and other institutions and wrote professional essays. 

Shmulik Algranati, Accountant – Partner 











Specialist in Israeli and international tax. 

Holds a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University, and master of laws (LLM) from Bar Ilan University.  

He began his career in 1995 as a company unit supervisor at the Dan District Assessment Office, then served in various positions for the Israeli Tax Authority, and finally as deputy assessment officer for the district of Rehovot. 

While holding these positions he handled every taxing aspect in Israel including pre-rulings in tax settlements and handling complex tax accounts and a wide variety of subjects. Additionally, he was part of the Tax Authority's training team for supervisor courses and others. 

In 2007, he resigned from public service and joined the Somekh, Chaikin KPMG firm as senior manager, where he handled a wide variety of taxing issues. Additionally he managed in KPMG the taxation activities of equity compensation. 

Earlier, he lectured on taxes at supervisor courses at the Income Tax Commissionership, and served as lecturer at the Tel Aviv University accounting department and in tax consultant courses at various colleges.   


Shosh Sorek, Tax Consultant Position 









Holds a bachelor's degree in political science and an M.A. in political science (financial management major) from Bar Ilan University. 

She began her career in 1978 as an income tax supervisor, and between 1988 and 2012, served as senior unit coordinator at the Dan District Assessment Office. 

While holding these positions she handled complex assessment accounts of authorized dealers and companies, acquiring experience in a wide variety of taxing aspects. Additionally, she took part in the preparation of professional circulars issued by the Tax Authority.
